Our Story.

Voices is an integrated dance performance celebrating inclusivity, individuality and identity. Choreographed by Hayley Earlam (Scotland) and Jess Rowell (Ireland), Voices features a main cast of performers with and without disabilities: Anderson de Souza (Ireland/Brazil), Brian MacSweeney (Ireland) and Alessandro Zangrando (Italy/Ireland).

In the lead-up to presenting Voices, a residency is held by the Voices team, engaging with local disabled dancers and local professional dancers. All local dancers become integrated into the entirety of the Voices performance.

With a combined experience of over 20 years, the starting point of Voices happened when choreographers Hayley Earlam and Jess Rowell came together to share their practice of integrated and inclusive dance. Wanting to create a performance that promotes inclusive dance within a professional setting, Voices gives dancers of all abilities a platform to come together, build artistic relationships, and continue developing and nurturing integrated performance practice.

Our Team.

The Voices team believes in the transformative power of performance and the importance of supporting one another. Our team of diverse and talented artists work together to create performance that celebrates inclusivity and inspire audiences through the power of dance, music and film.
